I will really miss DR. Jenkins. I can just see him and his wife sitting in their regular seat in the congregation. DR. Jenkins was the interim pastor at my home church near Hickory in Vale, NC many years ago. When I first came to College Aveue in the late 70's he an I loved talking about the people at Providence Baptist Church. He really enjoyed being at my home church. DR. Jenkins was a wonderful christian example for others to look up to. His life was a shining example of how to live for Christ. I will miss him so much. God is getting a saint to help him through out Heaven!! Yours in Christ, Kay Pennell
