On behalf of myself and my my family, I would like to sincerely thank you and your entire staff for the Christian kindness, generosity and genuine expressions of sympathy shown to us during our recent loss. While planning a funeral is never an easy thing to do, especially when the loss is sudden, you and your staff were sincere, genuine and caring in every aspect. We felt as though every question we asked was answwered with truthfulness and honesty and we never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. We were immediately made to feel as though we were the only family Evans Funeral Service was caring for; our every need was more than met. Respect was shown to each and every member of our family, but more importantly respect was also shown toward the one we lost, my father. When you or your staff spoke of my father, or anything in regard to his service, it was with reverence and respect and thoughtfulness toward what his wishes were. For a couple of days, Evans Funeral Service adopted us as their family and made sure everything in regard to the service was handled effectively and efficiently. For that we cannot thank you enough. We did meet with several other businesses before selecting Evans Funeral Service and Evans was competitively priced. However, the main reason we decided to go with Evans is because we immediately felt the genuine love and concern from you and each staff person we met. When the Lord calls a loved one home, the grieving family doesn’t know which way to turn. My Mother’s passing was such a shock to everyone, but Chris and Lisa stepped in and helped us get thru the terrible ordeal. My Mother was never more beautiful than the day of her funeral and every little detail was handled with precious care. The family wanted “Nanny” engraved on her vault cover, but Chris said he wasn’t sure that there would be room for it. He managed to get it on there, which delighted the family.
