Abigail Mckenzie Sparks

Abigail Mckenzie Sparks, age 23, passed away on September 16, 2025. Born on March, 4, 2002 in Catawba County, Abby was the beloved daughter of Michael and Lisa Sparks. A resident of Hudson, NC, Abby will be remembered for her kindness and love for her family and friends. Abby loved anything spooky season related, Harry Potter, horses, dogs and making anyone laugh who was having a bad day. When she was younger, she was known for her silly outfit choices, and being the funniest, most outspoken kid in the bunch. Abby is survived by her parents, Michael and Lisa Sparks; her sister McKaley Clarke and her husband Austin; her niece Oakleigh; her grandparents Gerald and Gail Sparks; her uncle Casey Sparks; her cousin Kasey Sparks as well as her daughter Lilynn Deboard. Abby is also survived by many other family members and friends that loved her very deeply. Gone too soon, but never ever forgotten. A service to honor and celebrate Abby's life will take place Monday, September 22, 2025 at 1 PM at Evans Funeral Service and Crematory. Family and friends are invited to gather and share memories with a visitation starting at 1 PM and ending at 4 PM.
