Lenoir – Alesia Ann Effler, 52, of Lenoir, went home to be with her Lord on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at Caldwell Hospice and Palliative Care in Hudson. Alesia was born in Caldwell County, on July 24, 1964. She was the daughter of Linda Phillips and the late David Effler. Alesia was also preceded in death by her sister Marie Effler Blankenship, and Maternal Grandparents, Lonnie and Ruby Hartley; Paternal Grandparents, Leonard and Hester Effler. In addition to her mother, left to cherish her memory, includes step-father, Joe Phillips; a loving, dedicated brother Daniel Effler; Tommy Phillips and wife Holly, Eric Phillips, and Joe Jr. Phillips. She had nephews she loved as her brothers which include; Tyler and Jeremy Blankenship, Rusty Robertson and wife Sara, Dalton and Brayden Effler, all of Lenoir, and Brett Phillips of Florida, Timothy Phillips, and wife Andrea, of Michigan; and two nieces Abigail and Alexis Effler. Alesia was also loved by her uncles, Wayne and Harold Hartley and her aunts, Mattie Spears and Diane Cable, all of Lenoir.
