Arthur Bob Ashley

Arthur Bob Ashley passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 30, 2026. He was preceded in death by his parents, Venton and Alma Ashley.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of more than 59 years, Barbara Ashley; his children, Mary Isaacs, Amy Whittington, and Tim Ashley; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; his sisters, Annie Ashley Shores and Janice Watson Brumit (Joe) of Asheville, North Carolina; two nieces; and many other family members.

The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
