Barbara Jean Davidson

Barbara Jean Davidson, 74, passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2026, at Amorem Hospice in Hudson, NC.

Barbara was born on March 7, 1952, to the late Audie and Alberta Craig.

Those left to cherish Barbara’s memory are husband of 56 years, Ronnie Davidson and beloved yorkie, Cody; daughter, Rebecca Phillips (husband Jason); granddaughters, Jennifer Bollinger (husband Josh), Lyndsay Phillips; great-grandchildren, Xander and Harlow Bollinger; sister, Sylvia Benfield (husband Randy), and brother, Bruce Craig (wife Gail), sister-in-law, Melody Sams (husband Tracy); sister-in-law, Patricia Joplin (husband James); brother-in-law, Tommy Davidson (wife Donna); and numerous loved nieces, nephews and cousins.

Barbara was wonderful wife, mother, and Mawmaw. She loved spending time with her family, especially with the grandbabies. Barbara loved her beloved dog, Cody, who was always on her lap while she watched her shows.

Barbara and her husband, Ronnie, enjoyed 20 plus years of racing. She was always by Ronnie at the racetracks. She also spent 15 years caring for others at Lenoir Healthcare.

A gathering of friends will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the Chapel of Evans.
