Billy J. Miller

Billy J. Miller, age 77, of Ashe County, passed away Monday, May 22, 2023 at Amorem-Hudson.  He was born August 4, 1945 in Ashe County to the late Marvin Miller and Lola Shatley Miller.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Stephanie “Nikki” Miller; two sisters, Gladys Jones and Louise Lyalls.

Billy was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.  He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Linda Miller; daughter, Kim White and husband Jay; four grandchildren, Kristin White, Alex White, Kelsey White, and Joey White; sisters, Jean Miller formerly of Statesville and June Miller (Shelby) of Crumpler along with several nieces and nephews; and his beloved four-legged friend, Toby.

A private family service will be held at a later time.
