Mr. William "Billy" Whisenant, of Morganton, age 73, passed away at his residence on December 2, 2017. Services for Mr. Whisenant will be held on Friday, December 8, 2017 at 1:00 at Evans Funeral Chapel. Internment will follow immediately after service at Laurel Haven Cemetery.
