Catherine Lee Dalton

Catherine Lee Dalton, age 80, passed away Thursday, September 18, 2025, in hospice care at Amorem Forlines patient care unit in Hudson, North Carolina. Catherine was born November 10,1944, in Duval County, Florida. She resided most of her life in Buncombe County, North Carolina. Catherine is proceeded in death by her parents; two brothers - Charles Carlos and Mike Swann; and her husband of 57 years, Leon Dalton. She is survived by her daughter, Pamela Vandeford, of Daytona Beach, Florida; and her son, Leon Dalton (Kelly) of Lenoir, North Carolina. In addition to her children, she is also survived by her grandchildren, Adrian Vandeford, Caleb Dalton, Shelby Dalton, Prairie Dalton, and Micah Dalton; as well as her great grandchildren Kaemyn Vandeford, Gabriel Vandeford, Tylan Vandeford and Averee Dalton.
