Cecil J. Coffey

Cecil Coffey Lenoir – Cecil J. Coffey, age 61, passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at his residence. Cecil was born in Caldwell County on April 12, 1953 to Clyde and Pansy Bolick Coffey. He was married to Rebecca Crisp Coffey of the residence. Cecil worked for more than 15 years at Broyhill’s Lenoir Furniture Corporation. He was a night line manager and worked with the ICT program and considered his students his other children and his other workers friends. In his spare time he enjoyed reading, fishing and working on his computer. Other than his wife and parents he is survived by his son, Matthew Coffey and his aunts and one uncle. A memorial service will be held in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service on Saturday, September 6, 2014 at 2:00 PM.
