Christopher Lee Mincer

Mr. Christopher Lee Mincer, age 30, of Lenoir passed away on Monday, August 14, 2017. Born July 28, 1987 in Caldwell County, Christopher was the son of Abraham Mincer, Jr. and Helen Kirkpatrick McCorkle.He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his children. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his Step Father, Johnny McCorkle; his four children, Crystal Mincer, Christopher Mincer, Jr., Mylaisja Mincer, Imani Mincer; his unborn child, Heaven Mincer; his Fiancé, Kierra Caldwell; Maternal Grandmother, Jerry Horton; sisters, Taknessia Mincer, Brittany Mincer and Yasma Mincer of Kannapolis and Asia Price of Lenoir; he is also survived by numerous other relatives. A celebration of Christopher’s life will be held on Friday, August 18, 2017 at 3:00 PM at the St. Paul AME Church with Rev. Dr. Byron Grayson officiating.Interment will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the church from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
