Connie Lee Woody

Connie Lee Woody, 67, of Caldwell County passed away peacefully Friday, February 27, 2026 at Amorem Valdese with her loving family by her side.

In addition to her father, Charles Robert Hall, Connie is preceded in death by her brother, Charles Robert Hall Jr., and nephew Stephen Joseph Effler.

Those left to cherish her memory are her mother, Phyllis Jewel Hall, her loving son, Wendell Robert Woody (Brooklyn), siblings, Glenda Hollar (Dennis), Mary Ann Laws (Jason), and Rebecca Jean Effler (Butchie). Her two precious grandchildren, Trinnittee and Maddix Woody whom she loved very much.

Connie loved going to the beach, spending time with family, playing softball, and cheering on the grandbabies at their ball games.

She was loving mother, sister, grandmother who loved her family and will be immensely missed by all who knew her and loved her.

Graveside service will be held on Sunday, March 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Blue Ridge Memorial Park with Pastor Bill Bentley officiating.
