Dale Lee Reece

Dale Lee Reece, age 62, of Pleasant Hill Road, Lenoir, passed away Monday, September 8, 2025. He was born August 2, 1963 in Caldwell County to Marlene Butler and Roger Reece.

Mr. Reece was married to his wife Stacy Reece for twenty-four years before her passing in April 2020. Mr. Reece loved cars and spending time at the family’s cabin in the mountains.

Those left to cherish his memory in addition to his parents include one son Joshua Shatley, two daughters Jessica Amaker and husband Thomas, Kimberly Martinichio and husband Nathan. One brother Roderick Reece, two sisters Angelique Nichols (husband Chad), and Wendy Smith. Five grandchildren Aaron, Ian, Christopher, Isaac and Emma. As well as many other close family and friends.

The family will hold a private ceremony to honor his memory at a later date.
