Danny Lee Keener

Danny Keener, Sr. Lenoir – Danny Lee Keener, Sr., age 61, went to our Lord and Savior Jesus on Thursday, January 15, 2015 at Caldwell Hospice & Palliative Care. He was born in Michigan on October 10, 1953 to the late Edward Levi Keener and Juanita Terry Keener. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Donnie Keener. Danny is survived by his son, Danny Keener, Jr.; daughter, Sheila Keener Brinkley and husband, Trent; daughter, Angela Keener Icenhour and husband, Chad; daughter, Kristie Keener and fiancée, Tavio Lewis; brother, Ray Keener; grandchildren, Devan Keener, Sheyen Brinkley, Alexis Brinkley, Justice Zion, Treasure Zion, Kaleb Icenhour, Amazin Icenhour, and Tavion Lewis. A celebration of Danny’s life will be held in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at 12:30 with Pastor Scott Philyaw officiating. Burial will immediately follow the service at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service on Saturday, January 17, 2015 from 11:00 until 12:30 AM.
