Lenoir- Debbie Kay Todd, age 57, passed away on Sunday, August 19, 2018 at Frye Regional Medical Center. She was born in Hertford County, NC on April 5, 1961 to Carolyn Todd and the late JB Todd. Debbie is survived by her two sons, Kevin Todd of Augusta, GA and Chris Reason of Aulander, NC; sister, Windy Minton and husband, Doug of Lenoir, NC; and 8 grandchildren. A graveside service for Debbie will be held at Highland Memorial Gardens in Ahoskie, NC on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 4:00 PM.
