Deborah Craig Shoemake

Ms. Deborah Craig Shoemake, age 62, of Lenoir passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2020 at her home. Born February 21, 1958 in Watauga county, Deborah was a daughter of the late Lewis Aaron and Dorothy Moore Craig.Deborah enjoyed doing crafts, reading her Bible and playing the piano.She loved the Lord and was a member of Charity Mission Freewill Baptist Church.Deborah had worked many years as a CNA.She also worked in daycare and helped with the Collettsville School wraparound program.In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by two brothers, Marshall Lewis Craig and Bruce Lane Craig. Survivors include her children Brian Neil Shoemake, Amanda Renee Shoemake, Arlene Shoemake McRary and Heather Shoemake Moretz; a sister, Barbara Craig Hudspeth; she is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and other relatives.
