Denise Carol Byrd

Denise Adair Byrd went to Heaven in the early morning hours of Tuesday, February 3, 2026. She passed peacefully with her sister and brother-in-law right by her side. She had the biggest heart, the most contagious laugh, and anyone that met her just loved her. She made a positive impact on everyone she met and made friends everywhere she went. She had the biggest personality and lit up any room she was in. She loved her family more than anything, her pets, her friends, singing, and dancing. She even made up her own dance called “The Nene Dance” and she made sure that everyone in the family knew how to do it. She was the hardest working woman, and she was great at her job as a nurse taking care of people. She always took such good care of everyone and put everyone before herself. She will be missed dearly.

She is proceeded in death by her mother, Donna, her sister, Camby, and her brother-in-law, Bob. She is survived by her husband, Cecil, her sisters Karen, Debbie, Tonette, and Kelly, brother-in-laws Dennis and Tom, her children Julie Curry (Patrick), Jennifer Byrd (Chris), Cody Byrd (Ashley), and Joe Byrd as well as her grandchildren, Will, Kate, Heidi, and Finn.
