Dora Ann Shatley

Dora Ann Shatley, 57, passed away January 2, 2021.Dora was born December 14, 1963 in Caldwell County.She is the daughter of James Arnette and Euline Price.Dora worked hard as a CNA for 22 years, and she loved all the residents and people she worked with.Dora loved her grandbabies.She was a very caring, loving, and brutally honest person who could light up a room.She could make you laugh or cry.Everyone loved being around her. Dora is preceded in death by her parents; infant twin sons, Brad and Calvin; and her husband, Arthur “Speedy” Shatley. She is survived by her sons, Shawn Shatley and girlfriend, Candie Ray; Jonathan Shatley and mother of his children, Jennifer Shatley; three grandchildren, Devon, Timothy, and Maddison and numerous other siblings, nieces, and nephews. Dora was greatly loved and she will be missed tremendously. Services will be held at a later date.
