Duane Houston Kirby

Duane Houston Kirby, 85, went to be with the Lord Jesus Christ on Monday, August 12, 2024, at his home in Gamewell, NC.

He was born on June 25, 1939, to the late Shuford and Vera Kirby.

Duane was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.  He was also an Army Veteran, where he served in the Korean War.

Duane is survived by his son, Scott Kirby (Rayna); daughter, Tina Gilbert; grandchildren, Natasha Gilbert, Dakota Kirby and Michelle Gilbert; he was also blessed with five great grandchildren.
