Colon Eugene Bean passed away on September 10th after a lengthy battle with several health issues. He was born in Caldwell County on June 26, 1940. A celebration of Colon’s life will be held on September 19th at 1PM at the Hard and Flossie Clark Family Park in Collettsville. Colon was a member of Meadowbrook Baptist Church in Lenoir. Anyone wishing to make a memorial may do so to the church.
