Lenoir, NC- Eva Hailey Deyton, Infant daughter of Jason and Pamela Deyton, passed away Friday, March 19, 2010 at Grace Hospital in Morganton. Lil? Blessing: We never got to see your eyes, hold your hand, or hear your cries. All we have are dreams of you, those of which will never come true. Our heart sank the day that we knew; we would never get to meet you. We never thought the Lord would take you away from us so soon, but we loved you anyway! Lil? Eva Hailey, we love you and miss you and know you?re in a greater place. One day once again we will see your precious face! Love forever-n-ever, Daddy, Mommy & Sister Kaydence. Surviving other than her parents are her sister, Kaydence Deyton of the home; Maternal Grandparents, Steve and Regina Jones of Granite Falls; Paternal Grandmother, Loretta Deyton of Connelly Springs; her Aunt and Uncle, John and Amanda Starnes of Granite Falls and their children, Leah and Breanna; her Aunt & Uncle, Angel & Nate Punch of Connelly Springs and her children, Austin and Taylor and her Uncle, Christopher Schronce of Sawmills and his daughter, Emma. A memorial service for Eva Hailey will be held 6:00 PM Thursday, March 25, 2010 at New Beginnings Baptist Church, 4415 Calico Road in Gamewell, with Reverend Daniel Buchanan officiating.
