Helen Correll

Lenoir – Mrs. Helen Triplett Correll, age 89, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at Caldwell UNC Healthcare. She was born in Caldwell County on June 24, 1928 to the late Carson Triplett and Mabel Travis Triplett. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Oran Vern Correll; three brothers and two sisters. She is survived by her sons, Timothy Oran Correll; Richard Val Correll and wife, Denise; Anthony Vern Correll; Darren Keith Correll; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A celebration of Mrs. Correll’s life will be held in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at 2:30 PM. Interment will immediately follow the service at Cedar Rock Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:30 prior to the service.
