Hermon Terrell Mann

Hermon Terrell Mann, age 85, of Lenoir, North Carolina passed away on July 2, 2021 at Caldwell Hospice & Palliative Care in Hudson. Hermon was born on September 11, 1935 in Bienville Parish, Louisiana to the late Benjamin Terrell Mann and Mattie Lou Howard Mann. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Loretta Jean Mann; daughters, Terri Hollifield of Lenoir and Alisa Roe (husband, Chris) of Minneapolis, MN; grandchildren, Jeff Hollifield (Wendy), Bryan Hollifield, Tiffany Maxson (Garrett), Adrian McCall; great-grandchildren, Alana, Kaylee, Skyler, Spencer, and Cierra. Hermon coached basketball and fast pitched softball for many years for Broyhill Industrial League. He loved attending church at Cajah’s Mountain Baptist where he served as a Deacon. A 2:00 PM memorial service to honor his memory will be held on Monday, July 5, 2021 at Evans Funeral Service in the chapel with Rev. Doug Woodie officiating. The family respectfully requests in lieu of flowers, memorials be made out to Caldwell Hospice & Palliative Care in Lenoir at 902 Kirkwood St Lenoir, NC 28645.
