Lenoir, NC- Mrs. Janice Ann Phillips, age 68, passed away on Sunday, March 6, 2011 at Brian Center-Hickory East. Mrs. Phillips was born in Gaston County on December 14, 1942 to Hyder and Marjorie Harris Walker. She is survived by her husband, Frank Ray Phillips and her daughter, Karen Phillips of Lenoir. The graveside service for Mrs. Phillips will be held at 1:00 on Friday, March 11, 2011 at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
