Jeffrey (Jeff) Blevins, 54, A loving Son, Father, and Proud Grandfather, unexpectedly went to be with the Lord at his home, May 7, 2025.
Jeff was always the life of the party, and you were always guaranteed to leave with a smile if he was around. He was beyond proud to be Pawpaw Jeff and loved every second he spent with his grandkids. He loved his two boys and cookouts spent with family. Jeff was a Carolina Tarheels fan through and through. He attended Crossroads Community Church.
Preceded in death by his Grandparents Benton & Clemmie Blevins and Ortha & Don Taylor and his best friend Dean Ekard. Survivors include his Father Douglas Blevins, Mother Erma Hamby, Sister Ginger Kendrick (Bobby), His boys Jeffrey (Blake) Blevins (Taylor) & Aaron (Icky) Austin Blevins (Olivia) and (3) Grandboys Abel Dean Blevins, Aaron Edwin (Eddie) Blevins, Lincoln Jeffrey Blevins and Granddaughter Terri Ann Blevins. His best friend and mother of his two boys Eva Blevins/Henderson. Two Special nieces/ Daughters he never had, Ashley Floyd and Chelsea Blake Triplett. Great Nieces, Jordy Crockett, Haven Broyhill & Teagan Floyd. Great Nephews Tray Floyd, Eyland Blake Triplett & Gravlin Blake Triplett.
Services will be held May 12, 2025, at Crossroads Community Church, with the receiving being 11am-1pm and the funeral directly after 1pm with Rev. Rick Bowman officiating and Scott Winters speaking. A graveside service will be held at Nazareth Advent Christian Church (3221 Deerbrook Rd Lenoir NC) with Rev. Scott Philyaw.
Pallbearers include Aaron (Icky) Austin Blevins, Dwayne McCall, Eyland Triplett, Gravlin Triplett, Dennis Floyd, & Storm Taylor.
