Joan Elizabeth Powell

Joan Elizabeth Powell, 76, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, December 22, 2025.

Joan was born on August 25, 1949, to the late Willard and Faye Pritchard.

In addition to her parents, Joan is preceded in death by her children, Sarah Triplett, Joey Clark, Eric Clark, brothers, Douglas Pritchard, Jay Pritchard, and Jeffery Pritchard.

Those left to cherish Joan’s memory are her brother, Glenn Pritchard (wife JoAnn), sister, Kathy Whisnant (husband Richard), numerous loved grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends, and six fur babies.

Joan loved jigsaw puzzles and watching birds. Joan’s fur babies provided wonderful companionship and love. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.

A graveside service to honor Joan’s life will be held on Monday, December 29, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Wildwood Advent Christian Church Cemetery with Pastor Allen Raby officiating.
