Jodi Caroline Mitchell

Jodi Caroline Mitchell (Jodi breeze) age 34 passed away peacefully surrounded by those who loved her the most on June 18th 2026, she was diagnosed with cancer and this terrible disease took her life far too soon. She fought for 8 months. Though her time was far too short her love, laughter, and memories will forever be in the hearts of those who knew her.

Jodi is predeceased by her father Tracy, her daughter Renae, and her Pawpaw Joe.

Leaving to Mourn with precious memories is her mother Angela Mitchell and Stepfather David and her children Jazlynn, Terron, Xavian, J’havian, and M’havian, and sister Megan and niece Aliyah and Nephews Jayden and Kaiden and Grandmother Judy and Paw paw Jay. Also, many aunts and uncles and cousins who loved her all so deeply.

To know Jodi was to know true kindness. She lived a life with an open heart and open arms for anyone. Jodi lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures as hanging with family and friends and listening to music was a joy to her. She touched many hearts and will be deeply missed. 

A visitation service to honor Jodi's life will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2026 from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service.
