Lenoir – Judy Lee, age 63, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at Lenoir Health Care. She was born in Caldwell County on April 28, 1956 to the late Collis Coffey and Eloise “Granny” Penny. Judy was also preceded in death by her step-father of 35 years, Roy Penny. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donnie Lee; brother, Kenneth Woodruff and sister, Shirley “Nanny” Borders. Judy is survived by her brothers, Darrel Coffey and wife, Rachel; Dan Coffey and wife, Lynn; Dale Woodruff; and James Hodge and wife, Christine; and other numerous nieces and nephews. Judy was of Baptist faith. A memorial service for Judy will be held at a later date.
