Lillie Price

Lenoir – Ms. Lillie Mae George Price, age 90, passed away on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at Caldwell UNC Healthcare. She was born in Mecklenburg County on November 15, 1926 to the late Harry Lee George, Sr. and Bleaka Johnson George.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two husbands, Oscar McLean and Lawson Price; three brothers, Ernest George, Leonard George and Fred George; two sisters, Beatrice Abernathy and Alma McCall. Survivors include her son, Oscar Clayton McClean of Lenoir; two sisters, Elizabeth George Hope of Lenoir and Irene Yates of Conover; she is also survived by numerous other relatives. A graveside service for Ms. Price will be held at Blue Ridge Memorial Park on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 4:00 PM with Pastor Daniel Buchanan officiating.
