Linda Lou Moore

Linda Lou Moore, age 76, peacefully passed away on Monday, December 29, 2025. She was born on February 7, 1949, in North Carolina, to the late Paul and Louise Beaver.

Linda lived a life filled with love and devotion to her family and friends. She married Johnny Moore, the love of her life, with whom she cherished 60 wonderful years. Together, they built a family that brought them immense pride and joy.

She leaves behind her beloved husband Johnny; her children, Loretta Dye and her husband Mike, and Allen Moore and his wife Tammy. She was the proud grandmother of Jonathan Ford and his wife Lilla, Taylor Ford and his wife Alicia, Bradley Aldridge, Makayla Ryan and her husband Damien, and Matthew Parsons and his wife Casey. Linda was also blessed with great-grandchildren Cameron Ford, Joseph Parsons, Hunter Ryan, Isabella Parsons, and Holden Ryan.

Linda is survived by her loving sister Kathy Massagee and her husband Jake. She was adored by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends who will miss her dearly.

In addition to her human family, Linda had a profound love for her pets, who brought her joy and companionship throughout her life. She is preceded in by her furry companions, Billy, Snowball, Amy, Buddy, Tinkerbell, and Spike.

Linda worked as a laborer, exemplifying strength and dedication in all she did. More than anything, she was remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. Her unwavering strength and devotion to her family left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her.

A visitation to honor Linda's life will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service, a place where those who loved her can gather to remember and celebrate her remarkable life.
