Lois Andes Sweitzer

In loving memory of Lois Andes Sweitzer, born November 2, 1942, died July 30 2017, at the Hudson Hospice Center daughter of Ralph Jason Andes and Willie Patrick Andes and loving wife of Jack Edwin Sweitzer. Lois will be sorely missed by her 5 brothers, Ralph, DJ, Darrell, Kenneth, and Larry Andes and her 2 sisters Marie Frazier and Sue Ellis and especially by her 2 sons and daughter in law Steve and Patricia Sweitzer and Larry Sweitzer. Lois was also a proud grandmother of 4 grandchildren, Brandon, Joshua and wife Alaina, Emily Abdellatef wife of Mazen Abdellatef and Mackenzie Sweitzer. Lois also had 1 great grandson Elijah Stuart Sweitzer. Lois is well known and beloved by many people in the industrial world as a caring and dedicated Human Resources Manager at Sealed Air Corporation and finally retiring from Gerresheimer Glass in Morganton in 2009. After retirement, she spent her life caring for her husband Jack and bringing happiness and love to her brothers and sisters in Christ at Union Grove Baptist Church. God has taken his daughter home to be with her husband after a short yet valiant fight against leukemia. A celebration of Lois’ life will be held on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Union Grove Baptist Church with Pastor Sam Craven, Pastor Jeff Lambert and Pastor Don Ingle.
