Lenoir, NC- Mrs. Lottie Marie Deal White, age 82, of Lenoir, passed away Saturday, October 17, 2015 at Caldwell Hospice and Palliative Care in Lenoir.Born December 21, 1932 in Caldwell County, she was a daughter of the late Wilson and Ida Baldwin Deal. Mrs. White was a member of the World Wide Church of God for over 20 years.She had worked for Blue Bell for twenty plus years and Broyhill for over twenty years.She will be best known as a loving and giving person.She always wanted to make sure you had plenty to eat. Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Reba Eller and two brothers, Ray Deal and Clarence Deal. Surviving are her husband, Amos Nathan White to whom she had shared 64 years of marriage; two sons, Steve White and Mike White and wife Freida of Lenoir; one brother, Houston Deal and wife Ravonda of Lenoir; four grandchildren, Wesley White and wife Cynthia, Phillip White and wife Jamie, Melissa Byrd and husband Douglas, Heather Teague and husband Henry and one great-granddaughter, Charlotte White.She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives. A celebration of Mrs. White’s life will be held 2:00 PM Monday, October 19, 2015 in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service with her nephew, Pastor Mark White officiating.Burial will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Monday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM prior to the service. Pallbearers will be:Henry Teague, Douglas Byrd, Phillip White, Wesley White, Derrick Deal, Aaron Deal and Tim White. The family respectfully requests memorials be made to Caldwell Hospice and Palliative Care, 902 Kirkwood Street, Lenoir, NC 28645.
