Lenoir- Loyd McKinley Adkins, Jr., age 57, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 30, 2019 at his residence. He was born in Caldwell County on February 20, 1962 to the late Loyd McKinley Adkins, Sr. and Ruby Greer Adkins. Junior is survived by his daughter, Heather Adkins and his grandchildren, Mason and Hunter Hall and Leah Oxentine; brother, Boyd Adkins; sisters, Katherine Adkins, Margaret Snyder and Debra Pennell and numerous nieces and nephews.
