Luis Alberto Rodriguez

Luis Alberto Rodriguez, age 40, passed away on Monday, August 25, 2025. He was born in California on January 17, 1985, to Bessy Rodriguez and the late Juan Rodriguez.

Luis loved history, singing and enjoyed making people laugh and meeting new friends. He was very artistic and smart. Luis was a caring person, open-hearted and was always willing to help others. He was a good son, father, brother, fiancée, uncle, nephew and friend to everyone.

Other than his mother, Bessy Rodriguez, he is survived by his daughter, Amillia Rodriguez; brother, Hugo Umanzor and wife, Shannon; nephews and nieces, London Bradshaw; Hugo Jr., Gabriela and Thomas Umanzor; and fiancée, Joanna Yang.

A celebration of Luis’s life will be held in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Ariana Toval, Assistant Pastor of Iglesia Cristiana Vida Abundante, will be officiating.
