Mack Eugene Bingham

Lenoir, NC – Mr. Mack Eugene Bingham, age 72, passed away on Tuesday, October 02, 2012 at Rutherford Regional Medical Center. He was born in Caldwell County on September 21, 1940 to the late Frank Terry Bingham and Mabel Smith Bingham. He was married to Edna Hurley Bingham of the home. Mr. Bingham was a loving husband, father, and PawPaw. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a former employee of Green Mountain Park. He was a member of Fairview Presbyterian Church where he served as an elder. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Louise Nichols Bingham. Other than his wife, he is survived by his children, Tina Vines and husband, Kenny; Charlie Bingham and wife, Jennifer; William Greene; Brian Bingham; Bobby Greene and wife, Tammy; Tonia Wright and husband, Barry; Karen Bingham; Brian Greene and wife, Teanne; Barbara Reaves and husband, Jonathan; Martha Myers and husband, Jason; brothers, Joe Bingham, Jim Bingham, Wayne Bingham, and Dwight Bingham; sister, Irene Peyton; 22 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at Fairview Presbyterian Church on Friday, October 5, 2012 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Edyth Pruitt officiating. Interment will immediately follow the service in the church columbarium.\ The family will receive friends in Beall Hall at Fairview Presbyterian Church on Thursday, October 4, 2012 from 6:30 until 8:00 PM.
