She is lovingly remembered by her daughters, Tamara Paulson, and Robin Oliver, husband, William; her grandchildren, Ian Paulson, Joryn Hernandez, MaKenna Head, husband, Jacob, and Kylie Oliver, fiancé, Benjamin. Martha spent many years working in manufacturing, where her strong work ethic and determination were evident to everyone who knew her. Yet her greatest life's work was caring for those around her. She had a generous heart, always ready to lend a helping hand, offer encouragement, or simply be there when someone needed her. Her love for her family was constant and unconditional, and she showed it every day through her selflessness and quiet acts of kindness.

She found happiness in life's simple pleasures—tending to her garden, caring for her beloved pets, all kinds of music, muscle cars/hot rods, and, most of all, spending time with the family she loved so deeply. Her home was a place of warmth, comfort, and acceptance, and she had a remarkable way of making everyone feel welcome and cared for.

Martha's legacy is one of love, compassion, and generosity. She will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her. Family and friends are invited to gather in celebration of Martha's life on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Evans Funeral Home chapel in Lenoir, North Carolina. Though she is no longer with us, the love she shared, the lessons she taught, and the countless lives she touched will remain in our hearts forever.
