Patricia M Cornwall

Chesapeake, VA – Patricia M. Cornwall, 80, formerly of Lenoir, NC went to be with the Lord, Thursday, June 9, 2011. Born in Houlton, Maine she was the daughter of the late Louis and Ozithe Robichaud. She was predeceased by her husband, Leslie G. Cornwall; a daughter, Theresa Anne Johnson and a great grandson, Tristan Burton. She embraced the love of her family and was endeared by those who knew her. Known as Sassy Pat, Graminator, Nana, G-Ma, and The Great One she will be remembered for her feisty nature and her willingness to share her faith. Left to cherish her memory are four daughters, Nannette Thorsen and husband Daniel, Nancy Stevens and husband Gary, Johanna Harrison and husband Stacey and Angela Patterson; ten grandchildren, Justin, Chris, Kimberly, and husband Joe, Jonathan, Keith, Michael, Allyce and husband Phil, Mark, Amber, and Danielle; two great-grandchildren, Austin and Lilly. Family and Friends gathered to celebrate Pat’s life at 5:00 pm, Saturday at Light of Life Christian Center, Chesapeake, Virginia. A Celebration Life Service will be held in Lenoir, N.C. on Monday, June 13, 2011 at 5:00 PM at Crestview Baptist Church, with Reverend Mike Isaacs officiating. A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at 10 am at Maryvale Sister Convent Cemetery in Vale, N.C.
