Penny Taylor Lenoir – Penny Taylor, 71, born on June 11, 1946 passed away at Caldwell UNC Healthcare on Sunday, January 21, 2018. Ms. Taylor is survived by her brother, David Craig; her son Chuck Taylor and his family; her daughter Nickie Fox and her family; and Maria Hatton and her family. Services for Ms. Taylor will be held at Harrisburg Baptist Church on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at 2:00 The family will receive friends at 1:00 until 2:00.
