Perry Lock Cook

Perry Cook, Jr Mr. Perry Cook, Jr. passed away on August 6, 2017 at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. He was born in Brevard County, Florida on June 19, 1957. Mr. Cook was a loving husband and father. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, “Big Daddy” and Lannie Cook; parents, Perry Sr. and Doris Cook; and materneal grandparents, Sherman E. Davis,Sr. of Pinehurst, GA and Anna Kate Davis of Leesburn, FL. Mr Cook is survived by his wife Tina and daughter Lindsey Cook (fiancé Christian Oliver). He is, also, survived by three brothers: Harry, Robert, and Mike Odom and a sister, Theresa Cook. A memorial service for Mr. Perry Cook will be held in the Chapel of Evan’s Funeral Service on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 5:00 pm. A visitation will be held prior to service from 4:00 pm until 5:00 pm.
