Robert "Robby" Miller

Mr. Robert “Robby” Gary Miller, Jr., age 47, of Hudson, passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at his home. Born November 7, 1969 in Burke County, Robby is the son of Robert Gary Miller, Sr. and Sharon Hartley Miller.Robby was a member of Hudson First Baptist Church.He enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing, antique cars and collecting guns.He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Harry and Dorcus Hartley; and Paternal grandfather, R.B. Miller, Jr. In addition to his parents, survivors include his children, Chasity Miller Hardwick (husband Bradley), Robert Joseph Caleb Miller (bride Adalina) and Chase Miller; a sister, Emily Cunningham (husband Chuck); grandchildren, Cali Miller, Corbyn Joe Hardwick, Canaan Hardwick; a niece, Nova Cunningham; a nephew, Vega Cunningham; his dog, Lucy, and numerous other relatives. A celebration of Robby’s life will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 3:00 PM at First Baptist Church of Hudson with Pastor Mack Jarvis III officiating.Interment will follow the service at the Sardis Cemetery in Hudson.Serving as pallbearers will be Robert Gary Miller, Sr., Robert Joseph Caleb Miller, Chase Miller, Chuck Cunningham, Randy Hartley and Todd Morgan.
