Shirley Ann Stepp Tripp

Lenoir, NC – Mrs. Shirley Ann Stepp Tripp, age 69, of Lenoir, died Friday, December 24, 2010 at Caldwell Memorial Hospital. Born March 9, 1941 in Warsaw, Illinois, she was a daughter of the late William Edward and Melicent Irene Inman Stepp and the wife of the late Gene Tripp. Other than her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Chuck and Eldon Stepp. She is survived by 6 children; Melissa Ann Pack of Lenoir; Raye Woodbury and husband Tony of Hudson; Juanita Tripp and husband Doug Mason of Hudson; Gene Tripp of Lenoir, Evela Tripp of Lenoir; Gary Tripp of Lenoir; 3 sisters, Irene Cantrell and husband Ed of Beltbuckle, TN; Diane Reed and husband Steve of Wayland, Missouri; Darlene Stepp of Illinois; two brothers, Donnie Stepp and wife Linda and Archie Stepp and wife Caroline both of Hamilton, Illinois and 10 grandchildren. A graveside service is planned for June, 2011 in Illinois. Memorials may be made to the Fresenius Medical Care, 322 Mulberry Street, Lenoir, NC 28645.
