Terry Lynn Butler

Mrs. Terry Lynn Butler, age 55, of Lenoir passed away on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Caldwell Hospice in Lenoir. Born July 14, 1962 in Ft. Worth, Texas, Terry was a daughter of Richard Carr and Delores Armstrong Carr.Terry enjoyed the outdoors, especially beekeeping.She was an aerobics instructor and worked some at the Lenoir Aquatics Center.She was preceded in death by a son, Craig Butler. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband of 34 years, Darrel J. Butler; A daughter, Ashley J. Butler; a son, Jesse Butler (wife Mara); her step mother, Carol Carr; a brother, Richard L. Carr; one sister, Stacie Carr; her grandchildren, Cameron Butler, Zariah Butler, Emma-Lynn Butler, Briana Butler, Addie Butler and Lily Butler; she is also survived by numerous other relatives. A memorial service celebrating Terry’s life will be held on Sunday, September 24, 2017 in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service at 3:00 PM. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the funeral home from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
