Terry Dwayne Coffey

Terry Dwayne Coffey, age 55, of Lenoir, passed away on Sunday, May 27, 2018 at Caldwell UNC Healthcare.He was born January 22, 1963 in Caldwell County to the late Horace and Dorothy Coffey. Terry was a true warrior having fought a long battle with diabetes.Throughout all the adversity, he maintained his beautiful smile and now has gone to be with his Heavenly Father. He was a graduate of West Caldwell High School.Mr. Coffey attended Grandview Park Baptist Church and was formerly employed at Kincaid Furniture Company. Survivors include one sister, Linda Greer and husband Jesse of Lenoir; six brothers, Jerry Coffey and wife Geraldine of Santee, SC, Lester Coffey, Danny Coffey and wife Robin, Dale Coffey and wife Vickie, all of Lenoir, Steve Coffey and wife Lisa of Boone, Jeff Coffey of Lenoir; and numerous nephews and nieces. Funeral Services will be held, Thursday, May 31, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Grandview Park Baptist Church conducted by Reverend Raymond Spann and Dr. Steve Parker.Visitation will be 1:00-2:00 pm at the church.Interment will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Park.
