  Lenoir, NC- Mrs. Terry Corey Franklin, age 56, of Lenoir, died Wednesday, October 22, 2008 in Caldwell Hospice and Palliative Care. Born December 22, 1951 in Michigan, Mrs. Franklin was a daughter of the late Charles Corey and Mrs. Doris Drayton of Morley, Michigan. Surviving other than her mother is her husband, Keith Franklin of Lenoir; her son, Kurt Corey and wife Kimberly of Morganton; her sister, Nancy Mayeaux of Conklin,Michigan; two brothers, Allen and Ernie Drayton of Morley Michigan and three grandchildren, Syernity, Austin and Skyla Corey all of Morganton. Other than her father she was preceded in death by one sister, Carol Anne Corey. A graveside service will be conducted 4:00 PM Saturday, October 25, 2008 in the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 until 3:30 PM on Saturday at Evans Funeral Service.
