Wanda Taylor

Wanda Kepley Taylor, 83, passed away peacefully on October 16, 2026, with her beloved husband by her side. Born on July 11, 1943, Wanda lived a life filled with love for her family and a quiet joy in the simple things that made life special.

Wanda married the love of her life, Max Taylor, in 1965. Together, they shared 61 years of marriage, building a life centered on love, family, and cherished memories.

A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Wanda treasured her family above all else. She found joy in watching her children and grandchildren grow, and she held a special place in her heart for each of them. Wanda also loved to read and could often be found with a good book in hand, enjoying one of her favorite pastimes.

Wanda will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 61 years, Max Taylor; her children, Donna Taylor and Gerald Taylor (Amy); her grandchildren, Nicole Serrano, Will Taylor, Carson Taylor, and Cohen Taylor; and her great-grandchild, Alena Serrano.

Her love, kindness, and devotion to her family will remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Though she will be deeply missed, the memories she created and the love she shared will live on for generations to come.

The family will receive friends on Monday, October 19, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service. A funeral service will follow, with burial afterward at Blue Ridge Memorial Park.

The family appreciates the love, prayers, and support shown during this difficult time as they celebrate Wanda's life and cherish the many memories she leaves behind.
