  • Reggy  Greene

    Reggy Greene General Manager

    Born and raised in Caldwell County, Reggy is married to Jennifer McGinnis Greene and they have two daughters, Sally Greene Jackson and Rachel Greene, granddaughter, Stella James Jackson and grandson, Vance Webb Jackson. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from UNC-Charlotte, an IMBA degree from Gardner-Webb University and his North Carolina Funeral Director's License. Reggy is an active member of Lower Creek Baptist Church. He is also a member of the Caldwell Men's Chorus and serves on the Board of Directors for the Caldwell Memorial Hospital Foundation.

  • Christy Borders

    Christy Borders Office Manager

    Christy lives in Lenoir and has four children; Brooklin Borders Ramsey and husband, Levi living in South Carolina; Ashlin Borders; Madalin Borders and son, Colton Borders, all residing in Lenoir. Christy is a wonderful mother and spends most of her free time engaged with her family.

  • Matt Howe

    Matt Howe Funeral Director

    Matt is a native of Blackshear, GA. He received his Degree in Mortuary Science from Gupton-Jones College, in Atlanta, GA, in 2002. He has been a licensed funeral director and preneed professional since 2003. Matt is married to Billie Curfman Howe, also a licensed funeral director, and they have a son, Kole.

  • Douglas  Story

    Douglas Story Crematory Technician

    Born and raised in Caldwell County, Douglas is married to Susan German Story. He is a graduate of Hudson High School and worked for many years in the furniture industry. After working for several years with us as a Funeral Assistant, he received his certification as a crematory operator. He is now full-time with Evans Funeral Service & Crematory and is our main Crematory Operator. Douglas is an active member of First Baptist Church of Hudson.

  • Kelly Turnmire

    Kelly Turnmire Funeral Director

    Kelly is a licensed funeral director and embalmer having received her funeral education at Fayetteville Community College and Technical Institute. She began her career in 1998 and got her license in 2003. Kelly lives in the Happy Valley Community with her husband, Jeffery, daughter, Sydney and son, Benjamin.

  • Daniel McGee

    Daniel McGee Funeral Director

    Daniel is the pastor of Lenoir Community Church and a Licensed Funeral Director. He feels his calling is to serve people in many ways; especially, in the capacity of grief and bereavement. Daniel is an avid runner and fitness nut. He resides in Lenoir with his wife, Laura, and their three children.

  • Lindsey Hazelhurst

    Lindsey Hazelhurst Funeral Director

    Lindsey is a Licensed Funeral Director, Certified Crematory Technician and Licensed Cosmetologist with an Associate of Arts Degree. Lindsey is married to Brodie and they have two sons, Branson and Sailor, and they reside in Wilkes County. She was born and raised in Catawba County but established her education and career in Caldwell County.

  • Gary  Sherrill

    Gary Sherrill Funeral Director

    Gary was born and raised in Lenoir and is married to Mary Stamey Sherrill. They have two children, William and Holly. He has been a licensed Funeral Director for several years and also an auto and diesel mechanic. Gary worships with the Table Rock Seventh Day Adventist Church.

  • Russell  Dula

    Russell Dula Funeral Assistant

    Russell was born and raised in Caldwell County and was married 62 years to the late Marie Vines Dula. He began working with us as a Funeral Assistant in 2005. Russell is known to everyone for his years of working in the dairy business. He retired with 50 years from Coble Dairy. You also will know him for his ministry of music. He has served as music director in many local churches. He is truly a man of faith and family.

  • Dewey  Raby

    Dewey Raby Funeral Assistant

    Dewey was born and raised in Caldwell County and married to Tiny Raby. He retired from The Pepsi Company after many years of service. He began working with us as a Funeral Assistant in 2006. He is a very active member of Calvary Advent Christian Church where he serves on several committees. Dewey is well-known for his years of singing with The Calvary Four Quartet.

  • Jimmy  Duffey

    Jimmy Duffey Funeral Assistant

    Jimmy is married to Candy Honeycutt Duffey. After many years of working in car sales, Jimmy began working part time as a Funeral Assistant with us in 2012. He and his wife attend Lenoir Community Church and enjoys riding his motorcycle and playing golf.

  • Betty Jo Setzer

    Betty Jo Setzer Funeral Assistant

    Betty Jo "BJ" Walsh Setzer was born and raised in Caldwell County. She was married to the late Dermont Setzer. She worked for many years at Lenoir Ice and Fuel Company. "BJ" is very active in Lower Creek Baptist Church where she serves on several committees and volunteers both at church and in the community.

  • Tyra Harrison

    Tyra Harrison

    Born and raised in Caldwell County. She has one son, Darren. Tyra graduated from East Burke High School, obtained an AAS in Information Systems from CCC&TI, BSBA from Gardner-Webb University, and MBA from Gardner-Webb University. She is currently pursuing her NC Funeral Director’s / Embalmer License. She volunteers at Caldwell Hospice & Palliative Care. She is a member of Free Spirit Baptist Church.

  • Billy Hartley

    Billy Hartley Funeral Assistant

    Billy was born and raised in Caldwell County and is married to Patti Branch Hartley. They have two children and two grandchildren. He retired from N.C. Farm Bureau Insurance after over 20 years of service and is an active member of Lower Creek Baptist Church. He enjoys working with the public again as a Funeral Assistant.

  • Lin Gerringer

    Lin Gerringer Funeral Assistant

    Born and raised in Greensboro, NC, Lin is married to Carla Crawford Gerringer. He is a retired advertising executive of 48 years with Lamar and Fairway Outdoor. He lives on Hibriten Mountain and is involved with the music ministry at Lower Creek Baptist Church. Lin enjoys hiking and biking in the mountains surrounding Lenoir. He began working with us as a Funeral Assistant in 2017.
