Reggy Greene

Manager/Licensed Funeral Director

A life-long resident of Caldwell County, Reggy has two daughters, Sally Greene Jackson and Rachel Greene, a granddaughter, Stella James Jackson, and a grandson, Vance Webb Jackson. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from UNC-Charlotte, an MBA degree from Gardner-Webb University and his North Carolina Funeral Director's License.

Tyra Setzer

Licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer

Tyra is a licensed funeral director and embalmer. Tyra lives in Granite Falls with her husband, Joey and son, Darren. Tyra obtained an AAS in Information Systems from CCC&TI, BSBA from Gardner-Webb University, MBA from Gardner-Webb University, and AAS in Funeral Service Education from Fayetteville Community College and Technical Institute.

Faustena is a graduate of Gupton Jones College of Funeral Service and is a licensed funeral director and embalmer.

Anna Workman

Office Administrator/Funeral Director Apprentice

Anna Workman serves as the Office Administrator at Evans Funeral Service & Crematory, where she helps ensure daily operations run smoothly while supporting families with care and compassion. She holds a degree in Business Management from Liberty University and is currently serving her apprenticeship as a funeral director, giving her both administrative expertise and firsthand experience in funeral service. Anna lives in Lenoir with her husband, Benjamin, and their two children, Sailor and Declan.

Douglas Story

Crematory Technician

Born and raised in Caldwell County, Douglas is married to Susan German Story. He is a graduate of Hudson High School and worked for many years in the furniture industry. After working for several years with us as a Funeral Assistant, he received his certification as a crematory operator. He is now full-time with Evans Funeral Service & Crematory and is our main Crematory Operator. Douglas is an active member of First Baptist Church of Hudson.
